Ingredients:
2 Green apples, slice
4 Tablespoon(s) Butter
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup(s) Milk
1/2 Cup(s) Flour
1/8 Pound(s) Butter, 1/2 stick
1/4 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Tablespoon(s) Cinnamon, mix with sugar
Lemon
Directions:
Saute apples in a skillet with 4 tb butter until soft. Place in a
pieplate or quiche dish. Mix together eggs, milk, and flour. Pour
mixtureover apples and bake at 450 degrees until it puffs up and browns
aroundedges, about 10 minutes. Melt remaining butter and pour over
bakedpanckes. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture and return to oven
for 5minutes. Squeeze lemon over it and serve. From "Kitchen with a
