2 Oranges, peeled
1 Pineapple, peeled cored
And cut into chunks or use
A 20-oz can pineapple chunks
2 Cup(s) Strawberries, halved
1 1/2 Dry white wine, chilled
3/4 Cup(s) Brandy
1/2 Cup(s) Sugar
1/4 Cup(s) Lemon Juice
2 Cup(s) Carbonated water, chilled
Over a bowl, to catch all the juices, pull the oranges apart,
intosections. Put the orange sections on the bottom of a baking pan,
withthe pinapple chunks and strawberry halves. Freeze the fruit on
thebaking pan. Mix together, the juice from the orange sectioning, the
wine(chilled) brandy, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir this mixture until
thesugar is completely dissolved. Just before serving the punch, add
thefrozen fruits and the carbonated water. Serve in 4-oz glasses.
