Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon(s) Butter or margarine
2 Cup(s) Chopped cabbage
1/2 Cup(s) Chopped onion
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Caraway Seeds
Salt and pepper
2 1/2 To 3 oz. pkg sliced corned
beef chopped
1/2 Cup(s) Shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tablespoon(s) Thousand Island Salad
dressing
5 Oz. can refrigerator
biscuits
Directions:
Melt butter or margarine in skillet. Add cabbage, onion and
carawayseeds and cook, stirring frequently, until cabbage is tender.
Season totaste with salt and pepper. Mix corned beef, Swiss cheese and
dressing.Line two individual greased baking dishes with the biscuits.
Divide thehot coabbage mixture between the two dishes. Top with the
corned beefmixture. Bake at 375ø for 18-20 minutes, until browned. MC
