Ingredients:
4 Leeks, Trim Split Wash
well
3/4 Cup(s) Nonfat Vegetarian Broth
Chicken Flavor
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 Teaspoon(s) Lowfat Margarine, *Note
Directions:
NOTE: Can delete the margarine completely. Preheat the oven to 350
deg F. Put the leeks in the baking dish with the cut side down. Add
the broth, salt and pepper and margarine (if you are using it). Cover
with foil. Bake for about 1 hr. Entered into MasterCook and tested for
you by Reggie and Jeff Dwork and Sally and Lou Eisenberg.
