Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Milk
8 Ounce(s) Cream cheese, cut up
12 Ounce(s) Cottage cheese
1/2 Cup(s) Butter or margarine, divided
1/3 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) Grated lemon peel
1 Teaspoon(s) Grated Orange Peel
4 Eggs
3 Cup(s) Cooked rice
1 1/2 Cup(s) Crisp rice cereal
1/4 Cup(s) Brown sugar
Directions:
Heat milk in 2-quart saucepan; add cream cheese, cottage cheese, and
1/4cup butter. Stir until smooth; cool slightly. Add sugar, orange
andlemon peel; mix well. Beat eggs and stir into cream sauce. Stir
inrice; pour into greased 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Combine rice cereal
andbrown sugar; sprinkle over rice mixture. Pour remaining 1/4 cup
meltedbutter over top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes, or until
