Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Water
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Tablespoon(s) Margarine
1 Cup(s) Warm Water
1 Cup(s) Nonfat dry milk, not
instant -or-
2 Cup(s) Instant nonfat dry milk
1/2 Cup(s) Uncooked Rice
1/2 Cup(s) Raisins, optional
1/2 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
Directions:

Heat 2 cups water to boiling. Stir in rice, salt, raisins and
margarine.Lower heat, cover and cook 45 minutes. Remove from heat. Mix
dry milkaod sugar. Mix in 1 cup warm water until smooth. Add milk
mixture andvanilla to rice. Stir over low heat until hot. Cool to
