1/2 Cup(s) Rice, see note
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Quart(s) Skim milk
2 Tablespoon(s) Butter
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 Cup(s) Sugar
1/2 Cup(s) Raisins
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1 Cinnamon stick, optional

<jmcrist@starlink.com> Boil water, rice & salt for7 min. Add milk,
butter and cinnamon stick and cook on low heat for 11/4 hours. Remove
from heat, add eggs, sugar, raisins & vanilla. Cooka minute and take
off stove and cool. Pudding will thicken as it cools.Serving Ideas :
serve with cinnamon & cream if desired.NOTES : *(short grain rice makes
