Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Dry milk
3 Cup(s) Water
1 Cup(s) Rice
2/3 Cup(s) Sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Butter
1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
Directions:
Mix together the dry milk and three cups water, set aside.
Heatremaining three cups water to boiling and add rice. Return to a
boiland cook, covered for 25 minutes stirring occasionally. Add
milkmixture, sugar and butter. Cook at medium heat 30 minutes
stirringoften. Add vanilla. Pudding may be soupy. Pour into bowl and
sprinklewith cinnamon and nutmeg. Let cool to serving temperature.
