Ingredients:
Jim Vorheis
1/4 Cup(s) Cold water
1 Tablespoon(s) Unflavored gelatin
2 1/2 Ounce(s) Camembert cheese
3 3/4 Ounce(s) Roquefort cheese
1 Teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
1 Egg separated
1/2 Cup(s) Whipping cream, whipped
Parsley for garnish
Directions:
Soften gelatin in water. Set cup in hot water until dissolved.
Blendcheeses together until smooth. Beat in Worcestershire, egg yolk
andthen gelatin. Beat egg white until stiff. Fold with cream into
cheesemixture. Pour into 2 or 3 cup mold. Refrigerate overnight. Unmold
