Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Fresh green beans
diagonally cut or whole
4 Teaspoon(s) Butter
1 Garlic
Directions:
Wash and prepare beans. Place in a saucepan of boiling water; cook
for4 to 6 minutes, until tender-crisp. Drain beans in a sieve.
Quicklyplace pan back on low heat. Add butter, melt. Add garlic; then
beans.Toss. Serves: 4To Prepare beans early in day, drain beans after
boiling; quickly coolunder cold water. Drain again and pat dry. At
serving time, melt butterin a fry pan. Add garlic, then beans and cook
only until beans are hot.Add either or both of the following:4 slices
