1 Teaspoon(s) Olive oil
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Onion, chopped
1 Teaspoon(s) Curry powder
2 Cup(s) Basmati rice
4 Cup(s) Water
2 Cup(s) Frozen peas
1 Cup(s) Diced green pepper
Directions:

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and add garlic and onion. Saute for
5minutes and add curry powder, rice and water. Bring to a boil
