Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon(s) Oil
1 Onion thinly sliced
1 Dried chili pepper, seeded
and chopped
1 Garlic clove, chopped
1 Teaspoon(s) Freshly grated gingerroot
1 Teaspoon(s) Cumin seeds
1 10 oz package frozen spinach
Salt to taste
Directions:
In skillet, over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and saute
untiltranslucent. Stir in chili, garlic, ginger and cumin. Add spinach
