Ingredients:
3 Fresh Bartlett pears
2 Tablespoon(s) Butter or margarine
1/4 Cup(s) Sugar
1/4 Cup(s) Cinnamon flavored apple
Jelly
2 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
Directions:
Pare, core and half the peaches; cut each half in thirds
lengthwise.Heat butter in a beavy skillet; add pears and cook about 1
to 2 minutes,turning once, until slices are golden and almost tender.
(Cover whilecooking.) Uncover; mix in sugar, lemon juice and jelly.
Heat gently,spooning sauce over pears. Cook until tender and glazed,
about 5minutes. Serve warm with topping. Note: If you cannot find
cinnamonflavored apple jelly, use regular apple jelly and add cinnamon
