Ingredients:
2 1/2 Water
1 Seville-orange peel
1 Ginger root
2 Cinnamon sticks
8 Cloves
1 Teaspoon(s) Cardamom seeds
Directions:
cl Red wine 1 dl Sugar 1 dl Vodka; optional 75 cl Non-alcoholic redwine
1 dl Sugar 3 dl Applejuice or black currant ~juice; optional 1 lBlack
currant juice; not -concentrated OR 5 dl Blueberry juice; AND 3
dlApplejuice; not concentratedBreak cinnamon sticks and seville-orange
peel into smaller pieces, grindthe ginger root. Let all the spices
simmer with the water for 30minutes, strain off the spices and use the
"spice water" together withone of the suggestions above.When mixed with
something, heat it up but let NOT boil if it's alcoholin it! Serve with
