1/2 Cup(s) White sugar
1/2 Cup(s) Water
1/2 Cup(s) Honey
Cognac, for the balance
Directions:
In a saucepan, boil the sugar and the water until it makes a
heavysyrup. Allow this to cool and add the honey. Add the essence of
