Ingredients:
1/4 Cup(s) Balsamic vinegar
3 Cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
1 Tablespoon(s) Cracked black pepper
2 Pound(s) Top round steak, 1 1/2"
thick
Directions:
In a plastic zip-top bag, combine all ingredients; seal and shake to
coat steak. Chill at least 2 hours, turning once. Heat broiler. Place
steak on a broiler rack. Broil 20 mins. for med-rare, turning once.
Let stand 10 mins. before slicing. Source For Women First
