1 Teaspoon(s) Grated lemon rind
3 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
4 Tablespoon(s) Butter
1/2 Cup(s) Sugar
2 Egg yolks, well beaten
2 Tablespoon(s) Flour
4 Tablespoon(s) Grape nuts
1 Cup(s) Milk
2 Stiffly beaten Egg Whites
Directions:

rind and sugar to butter; cream well. Add egg yolks; beat well.
Addlemon juice, flour, grape nuts, and milk. Mix well. Fold in egg
whites.Bake in a greased pan. Place pan in hot water. Bake at 325
