Ingredients:
3 Green tomatoes*
3 Red-ripe tomatoes
1 Red onion
3 Tablespoon(s) Fresh basil, coarse chopped
1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Freshly ground pepper
2 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoon(s) Wine Vinegar
1/2 Cup(s) Olive oil
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Ground cumin

Directions:
Pick the green tomatoes just before they begin to ripen red.Cube green
and red tomatoes. Cut onion into thin slices and separateinto rings.
Combine tomatoes and onions in a salad bowl with thechopped
basil.Combine the dressing ingredients, mixing well. Add dressing to
saladand toss. Let set about 30 minutes to blend flavors. Delicious
