Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Quick brown rice
2 Cup(s) Water
2 Cup(s) Milk
2 Cup(s) Grated cheese
1 Onion, chopped
1 Cup(s) Mushrooms, sliced
1 Tablespoon(s) Whole wheat flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Dill
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt, optional
10 Ounce(s) Pkg. French-cut green beans
Sliced almonds, optional
Directions:
Cook rice in water until tender (about 10 minutes). In a double
boiler,combine remaining ingredients (except beans and almonds), and
cook untilmixture starts to thicken. Combine all ingredients in a
casserole,sprinkle with almonds, and bake for 35 minutes at 400
