Ingredients:
1/4 Cup(s) Butter
6 Tiny new potatoes, unpeeled
halved
1/4 Pound(s) Black Forest ham, slivered
1/4 Cup(s) Minced shallots
Salt and pepper
1 Pound(s) Green beans
Directions:
In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; cook potatoes, ham
andshallots for 5 minutes or until shallots are softened but not
browned.Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to very low;
cook,covered, for 5 minutes, adding 1 to 2 tbsp. water if mixture seems
dry.Trim beans; cut into 1 inch pieces. Stir into potato mixture,
coveredand stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until beans
aretender-crisp and potatoes are tender, adding up to 2 tbsp. more
water iftoo dry. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Makes about
