Ingredients:
4 Green tomatoes, about 2 lbs
1 Red onion
1/4 Cup(s) Fresh cilantro, minced
2 Tablespoon(s) Fresh lime juice
2 Tablespoon(s) Fish sauce
1 Tablespoon(s) Rice vinegar
2 Teaspoon(s) Serrano chile
seeded & minced
2 Teaspoon(s) Fresh ginger
peeled & minced
2 Teaspoon(s) Ground coriander
2 Teaspoon(s) Vegetable oil
1 Teaspoon(s) Sesame oil
1 Cup(s) Chopped green onions
1 Cup(s) Yellow bell pepper
julienne cut
Directions:
Cut tomatoes and red onion in half vertically. Cut each
halfhorizontally into thin slices. Set aside. Combine cilantro and
next 8 ingredients (cilantro through sesameoil) in a large bowl; stir
well. Add tomatoes, red and green onions andbell pepper; toss well.
