Ingredients:

4 Teaspoon(s) Butter
2 Teaspoon(s) Chopped fresh thyme, or 1/2

Salt and pepper
Directions:
Divide carrots between two pieces of foil large enough to fold
intopackets. Sprinkle evenly with onion, butter and thyme; season with
saltand pepper to taste.Loosely wrap foil over vegetables, sealing
tightly. Place on grill overmedium-high heat; cook, turning once, for
