Ingredients:
2 Eggs, beaten
3/4 Cup(s) Milk
2/3 Cup(s) Fine dry bread crumbs
2 Tablespoon(s) Brown sugar
2 Tablespoon(s) Onion, grated
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Sage
1 1/2 Pound(s) Ground beef
1/4 Cup(s) Catsup
1 Teaspoon(s) Dry mustard
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Ground nutmeg
Directions:
SauceCombine eggs with milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and meat.
Mixwell and shape into 9x5 inch rectagle or oval, or about 6 inch
round.Carefully place in slow-cooking pot. Cook on low for 5 to 6
hours.Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl; pour over meat. Cover
and cookon high 15 minutes longer. Slice and serve while hot or use
