Frozen string beans

Directions:
In a sealable pint bowl, put bulghur wheat, expansion water, and
frozenstring beans. Sprinkle on some spices (dry onion, garlic,
pepper, etc.)Take the bowl to work, put it in your desk drawer, eat it
