Ingredients:
2 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled
and diced
2 Cup(s) Diced fennel
2 Tablespoon(s) Butter
1/4 Cup(s) Whipping cream
Salt & freshly ground pepper, Salt & freshly ground pepper
Directions:

Place potatoes and fennel in cold water, bring to a boil and boil for
10- 15 minutes or until potatoes and fennel are tender. Drain well.Mash
potato and fennel mixture, beating in butter and cream. Stir inonions.
Season with salt & pepper. Top each portion with "Crisp Onions"(recipe
