Ingredients:
14 Ounce(s) Artichoke Hearts, Coarsely
chopped
4 Ounce(s) Green chiles, diced
2/3 Cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
2/3 Cup(s) Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon(s) Dried thyme
Directions:
Preheat the broiler. Drain the artichoke hearts and peppers. In a
mediumbowl, combine the artichokes, peppers, cheese, mayonaise and
thyme. Stiruntil well combined. Thinly spread the artichoke mixture
over the bottomof a 9" pie pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat about
5 minutes,until the dip is heated through and golden brown on top.
