Ingredients:

2 Cup(s) Rice, steamed
1/2 Pound(s) Bacon, fried crisp
1 Green bell pepper, diced
1 Medium onion, diced
1 Small cabbage, shredded
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
3 Carrots, slivered
Leftover pork or beef roast
diced in bite size chunks
1/2 Cup(s) Soy sauce
1 Cup(s) Frozen green peas, thawed
Directions:
In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove, leaving 1 to 2 T.
ofbacon grease. Stir fry all vegetables until crisp or desired
texture.Add meat and crumbled bacon. Mix well. Add steamed rice.
