Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Sirloin beef, thiny sliced
1/4 Cup(s) Soy sauce
1/4 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Tablespoon(s) Garlic, minced
1 Teaspoon(s) Sesame oil
1/2 Cup(s) Green onions, chopped
Directions:
Mix soy, sugar. garlic, oil, and green onions in a mixing bowl.
Addsirloin. Mix it all together by hand. Let marinate at least 1
hour,covered and refrigerated. Heat wok to high. Add a little more
oil. Add meat mixture to the wokand cook at high until the meat is
done. Serve over hot rice.Notes: You can add vegetables such as onion,
green peppers, or broccolito the wok after the meat has begun cooking,
