Small Loaf-
3/4 Cup(s) Milk
1 Tablespoon(s) Canola oil
1 Tablespoon(s) Honey
1 Egg
1 3/4 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
unbleached
1/2 Cup(s) Barley flakes
1/2 Cup(s) Rye flakes
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
2 Teaspoon(s) Vital wheat gluten
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Active dry yeast
Large Loaf-
Directions:
Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure
allother ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over
dryingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake
