Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Milk
2 Whole eggs plus
2 Egg yolks
1 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Pinch(s) Cinamon
1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
Directions:
Place 1/2 cup sugar in a skillet. Heat to make a caramel
sauce,stirring so that sugar doesn't burn. Pour sauce into the bottom
of a large or individual serving dish. Combine milk and the rest of
the sugar in a mixing bowl. Add whole egg, egg yolks, vanilla and
cinnamon. Whip at medium speedfor about 10 minutes. Pour mixture into
serving dish and place serving dish in a pan filledwith enough water to
reach halfway. Place in a preheated 350 F oven andcook for 40 to 50
minutes, or until set. Refrigerate. Invert to serve.EL
