1 small evaporated milk
1/2 Pint(s) Whipping cream, not whipped
1 Quart(s) Homogenized Milk
1 flat can crushed
pineapple undrained
2 Bananas, crushed in
2 Oranges, juice of
2 Lemons, juice of
1 Lemon Rind, Grated
Mix sugar, salt, milk, evaporated milk and cream in a one
galloncontainer of ice cream maker. Freeze according to maker's
direction tothe soft stage. Remove top; add crushed fruits and fruit
juices; addgrated rind, if desired. Finish freezing until firm. Remove
the dasherand pack container; drain off water and repack with ice. Let
stand untilfrozen hard. Note: If needed, homogenized milk can be added
to finishfilling container to the bottom of the top blade of the
