Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Firm tofu, drained and
mashed
1 Envelope dry onion soup mix
1 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
2 Eggs, beaten
2 Teaspoon(s) Tamari or soy sauce
3 Tablespoon(s) Toasted sesame seeds
2 Cup(s) Seasoned stuffing mix, 2 to
3
Butter or oil for frying
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Mix thoroughly with hands.
Mix in stuffing until texture is firm enough to form patties. Let sit
for five minutes. Using about 2/3 cup of the mixture per ball, flatten
into patties. Heat small amount of oil or butter in pan or skillet.
Fry patties until crispy on both sides. Makes 6 servings Converted
