23:28:24 +0700 Peel the bananas and cut inhalves crosswise. Cut each
half into six strips.Heat the oil in a10-inch skillet over medium heat.
Add a single layer of banana stripsand fry until the edges are golden
brown. Remove with a slotted spoonand drain on paper towels.Repeat with
the remaining bananastrips.Sprinkle lightly with salt.Serve at once.
