Ingredients:
15 Ounce(s) Kidney Beans, Drained
4 Tablespoon(s) Flour
1 Tablespoon(s) Vegetable oil
1/3 Cup(s) Water
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Chili powder
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
Vegetable oil, for frying
Grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Combine well-drained beans, flour, 1 tbsp oil, water, garlic,
chilipowder, salt and pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Heatskillet; brush with oil. Spoon 1/4 cup batter at a time, spreading
intoa circle about 4" in diameter. Cook over medium heat until brown
onbottom and dry on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired.
