Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pint(s) Borden Half-and-Half
1 14-oz Eagle Brand
Sweetened condensed milk
not evaporated milk
1 Cup(s) Pureed or mashed fresh fruit
peaches strawberries
bananas raspberries
etc
1 Tablespoon(s) Vanilla extract
Food coloring, optional
Directions:
In ice cream freezer container, combine all ingredients; mix
well.Freeze according to manufacturers instructions. Freeze
leftovers.Ice Cream Maker Vanilla Ice Cream: Omit fruit and food
coloring.Increase half-and-half to 4 cups. Proceed as
above.Refrigerator Freezer Method: Omit half-and-half. In large bowl,
combinesweetened condensed milk and vanilla; stir in 1 cup pureed or
mashedfruit and food coloring, if desired. Fold in 2 cups (1 pint)
BordenWhipping Cream, whipped (do not use non-dairy whipped topping).
Pourinto 9x5-inch loaf pan or other 2-quart container; cover. Freese 6
