5 Tablespoon(s) Butter
4 Ripe bananas, cut into chunks
Cinnamon, to taste
Powdered sugar, to taste
In a skillet, place the sugar and water and cook over a high flameuntil
caramelized. Remove from the heat and swirl in 3 tablespoons ofbutter.
Cool. In a separate skillet, heat the remaining butter and saute
thebananas until golden brown. Place the bananas in a serving dish and
top with caramel sauce.Sprinkle cinnamon and powdered sugar to
