Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Bean sprouts
3 Green peppers
5 tb Oil
2 Tb Wine
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) MSG, optional
Directions:
Remove heads and tails of bean sprouts and soak sprouts in water
untilready to use. Drain before using. Wash, seed, and shred green
peppers.Heat 5 tbsps. oil and fry bean sprouts and shredded green
pepper. Addwine, salt (I prefer garlic salt) and MSG to taste. Serve
