Ingredients:
3 Tablespoon(s) Vegetable oil
2 Tablespoon(s) Onions, chopped
1 Tablespoon(s) Garlic, chopped
1/2 Cup(s) Green beans, chopped
2 Tablespoon(s) Peppery curry paste, see

5 Cup(s) Cooked long-grain rice
2 Tablespoon(s) Soy sauce
1 Tablespoon(s) Cilantro leaves, chopepd
1/2 Cup(s) Cucumber, sliced
3 Green onions, sliced
Directions:
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion & stir-fry for
3minutes, then add the garlic & continue to stir-fry for a few
minutes,until both are golden. Add the beans & curry paste & stir-fry
for 3minutes. Add the rice & soy sauce & stir-fry until hot through,
becareful not to overcook. Serve with the garnishes.
