It's also from "A Pinch of Salt Lake"Whip cream but do not allow to get
too stiff. Peel bananas and cut into2-inch slices. Dip into cream,
cover all surfaces and roll in coconut.Freeze on a waxed paper-lined
cookie sheet; cover with waxed paper. Before using allow to thaw for
