3/4 Cup(s) Butter
2 Cup(s) Vanilla wafer crumbs
2 Cup(s) Unsifted powdered sugar
3 Eggs
1 6-oz semi-sweet chocolate
chips melted
1 1/2 Cup(s) Salted peanuts
1/2 (s) Ice cream, softened
Additional peanuts for
Melt 1/4 cup butter. Mix with crumbs and press into a 9x13 pan.
Beattogether 1/2 cup butter and sugar until creamy. Beat eggs, 1 at a
time,then beat in chocolate. Fold in peanuts. Mix sugar mixture and
chocolatemixture together and spread over crust. Freeze. Spread ice
cream overchocolate and sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze. Serve with your
