Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Vanilla wafer crumbs
2 Squares melted chocolate
2/3 Cup(s) Butter or margarine
2 EGGS, SEPARATED
2 Cup(s) Powdered sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1 Cup(s) Chopped nuts
1/2 (s) On butter pecan or other
flavor ice cream
Directions:
Melt butter & chocolate. Add sugar, egg yolks, nuts & vanilla. Beat
eggwhites until stiff; fold into chocolate mixture. Spread crumbs in
bottomof 9x14-inch pan. Pour chocolate mixture over crumbs & freeze 2
hours.Spread softened ice cream over chocolate & sprinkle wafer crumbs
