heat and add egg yolks; one ata time, and beat. In separate bowl, beat
egg whites until stiff. Inanother bowl, beat cream, sugar, vanilla,
and salt until stiff. Foldchocolate and egg whites in whipped cream.
Pour into parfait glassesand freeze. Remove from freezer 30 minutes
