11:08:16 +0100 These are the recipies that I just gotwith my set of
"Ice Tups" which are popsicle moulds. I have not triedany of them
yet.....Suggestions: these all make six 1/4 cup popsFruit Drink Pops:
Dissolve the fruit drink mix and the suger in thewater. Pour in moulds
and freeze.Banana - Yogurt Pops: Mash the bananas, mix with yogurt,
then add milkand sugar.Yogurt Pops: Mix the ingredients until
dissolved.Fruit Juice Pops: Use your favourite frozen juice, like
orange or grapejuice, or even fruit punch or lemon/lime ades. Mix
concentrate withwater.Special Fruit Pops: Place drained, canned fruit
like peaches or fruitcocktail, into blender. Puree until smooth and
freeze.Banana Pops: Mash bananas, add PB and honey. Blend well.Enjoy!
