Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) All purpose flour
1 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Tablespoon(s) Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 1/2 Cup(s) Fresh or frozen blueberries
1 Teaspoon(s) Grated Orange Peel
2 Eggs
1 Cup(s) Milk
3 Tablespoon(s) Vegetable oil
Whipped cream cheese

Directions:
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir
inblueberries and orange peel. In another bowl, beat eggs; add milk
andoil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into a
greased9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a
toothpickinserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10
minutes;remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve with cream
cheese ifdesired. Yield 1 loaf.Recipe by: Taste of Home
