Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon(s) Dry yeast
1 Cup(s) Lukewarm water
3 Egg yolks
1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Oil
3 Tablespoon(s) Honey
6 Tablespoon(s) Brown rice flour
6 Tablespoon(s) Soy flour, sifted
6 Tablespoon(s) Skim milk powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
3/4 Cup(s) Bran
6 Tablespoon(s) Wheat germ
1/2 Cup(s) Raisins, optional
3 Egg whites
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375Oil a 9 x 9 square pan. Sprinkle yeast over lukewarm
water. Let soak for5 minutes. Beat egg yolks. Add oil and honey.
Combine with dissolvedyeast. In a bowl combine brown rice flour, sifted
soy flour, skim milkpowder, salt, bran and wheat germ. Add raisins at
this time if usingthem. Stir wet ingredients into dry ones.Beat egg
whites until stiff but not dry. Gently fold them into batter.Turn into
prepared pan and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. Bakebread in
preheated oven for 20 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings. Posted
