Ingredients:
6 EGGS, SEPARATED
1/2 Cup(s) SUPER FINE SUGAR
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
2 Cup(s) Brandy
1 Cup(s) Milk
2 Cup(s) Whipping cream
Nutmeg
Directions:
Beat egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, nutmeg, salt and vanilla together
withrotary beater or electric mixer until very thick and light
yellow.Slowly beat in brandy and milk. Cover and chill overnight.
Shortlybefore serving, beat egg whites to soft peaks. Gradually beat
inremaining 1/4 cup sugar with same beater, beat cream to soft peaks.
Foldmeringue into beaten cream. Then slowly pour on chilled brandy
