Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Sliced fresh mushrooms
2/3 Cup(s) Onion, chopped
2/3 Cup(s) Green pepper, chopped
1 Cup(s) Unpared zucchini, chopped
1 Teaspoon(s) Minced garlic
2 Tablespoon(s) Vegetable oil
5 Eggs
1/3 Cup(s) Light cream
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Dash(s) Pepper
1 1/2 Cup(s) Soft bread cubes
8 Ounce(s) Cream cheese, cut in 1/2
cubes
1 Cup(s) Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Directions:
Saute mushrooms, onion, green, pepper, zucchini and garlic in oil
untilcrisp tender.Beat eggs w/cream, salt & pepper; add mushroom
mixture and cheddarcheese; stir thoroughly but lightly so cream cheese
cubes are intact.Pour into well-greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake 350
degrees - 45 minutesor until set in center & browned.Cool 5 - 10
minutes before cutting into wedges.Note: Chop vegetables to 1/4 - 1/2
