Ingredients:
8 Ounce(s) Reduced-fat turkey sausage
1 Italian, 16-ounce bread
shell
1 Cup(s) 4 ounces reduced-fat
Shredded cheddar cheese
Mozzarella cheese
1/4 Cup(s) Egg substitute
1/4 Cup(s) Skim milk
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Dried oregano
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
Directions:
Brown meat in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until itcrumbles.
Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Spread over bread shell;sprinkle
with cheeses.Combine egg substitute and next 3 ingredients; pour over
