Ingredients:
8 Ounce(s) Milk
1 Cube tofu, optional 1
inch
1/4 Cup(s) Any flavor yogurt or use
plain yogurt and a fresh
banana strawberries
peaches or whatever fruit
you have
Directions:
Tofu makes it frothy and thick. Place all ingredients in blender.
Blendfor 1 minute or until frothy. It's a great "breakfast-on-the-run".
Tryusing 1/3 cup milk and 2/3 cup orange juice with plain yogurt.
Orsubstitute a raw egg for the yogurt. (Either supply you with the
proteinyou need to start the day.) Add a whole grain muffin
(carbohydrates) tokeep you going well past lunch time. Posted to
