1 Cup(s) Blueberries
2 Tablespoon(s) Onions, chopped
1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Fresh Ginger Root, grated
1/4 Cup(s) Brown sugar, packed
2 Tablespoon(s) Cider vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Cornstarch
1/8 Tablespoon(s) Salt
1 Stick, 3-inch cinnamon

<jerrye@wizard.com> Combine all ingredients in alarge sauce pan. Bring
to a boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute. Removecinnamon stick. Cover
and refrigerate 30 - 45 minutes.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake brie
on an ungreased cookie sheet for10 ~ 12 minutes, or until soft. Place
brie on a serving plate, and topwith the cold chutney. Serve with a
